Airport Way Dental Team

Dr. Karen Everett

Donald Lee, DDS

I know from personal experience that dental care isn't the most comfortable or enjoyable experience. I can relate to having a sensitive tooth or having a filling done. So I do my best to be as gentle as possible and communicate every step of the way. Unfortunately cavities and bone loss around teeth are serious dental diseases that need to be addressed urgently so that small problems won't transform into bigger problems affecting your chewing, your smile, and quality of life. It's our team's role to educate and treat you for any dental disease you may have. It's our goal to encourage you and keep your smile in tip top shape as you join our dental family. I hope that during your visits, you’ll take notice that I genuinely care about my patients. I appreciate when my patients have a great experience and ask for me by name.

I graduated from Loma Linda School of Dentistry whose motto is "Service is our calling". I was able to experience and live up to that motto by serving on mission trips to Bangladesh, Honduras, Mexico, and other locations. Immediately out of dental school, I had the privilege to serve in community clinics where I was able to care for  low-income, homeless, and veteran patients among other populations. I genuinely enjoy dentistry and the satisfaction I get from happy patients. Sometimes the work day is over before I know it.

A little about me: I relocated from sunny San Diego and have quickly come to love the beautiful outdoors that the Northwest has to offer. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience mountain biking on amazing trails here and kayaking on Lake Washington. I look forward to checking out  hiking trails, skiing the slopes this winter, and trying new things. I try to stay young at heart and enjoy spending time with my church youth group.

Meet Our Dental Team

Lisa

Scheduling and Financial Coordinator

I began working with the Snohomish Dental Care Family in 1986, just two years after beginning my career in dentistry. My favorite part of my job is the relationships I made with our patients and my coworkers. There is always goodness which comes out of great friendships! I also always enjoy learning about new dental processes, products, and technology. Everyone here cares deeply for our patients, and we do our best to provide the best treatments for them.

My husband, Dan, and I have two wonderful grown children, Kathleen and Josh. I love spending time with my family, and when I have free time, I enjoy being active by biking, walking, hiking, boating, and doing yard maintenance.

Kalin

Dental Hygienist

I feel honored to be a hygienist. Dental hygiene is about building relationships, helping people improve their health and appearance, and making sure each patient retains a healthy smile for the rest of their life. I love working in dentistry, especially with such a wonderful team and doctor! The excellent dental care provided by Dr. Everett, combined with the efforts and companionship of our team, makes for a very special, welcoming, and comfortable office atmosphere.

At home, I have a son and daughter, Niko and Sophia, who are twins. I am soon to be married to my longtime boyfriend, Brian. We recently adopted an Austrian shepherd, and it’s been a lot of fun training and playing outdoors with the new puppy with the twins.

Charitie

Dental Assistant

I began my career in the Dental field in 1999 and joined Airport Way Dental Care in 2013.  I love helping people!  There is something very satisfying about making a difference in someone's life.  This office feels like home, the people I work with are family and our patients are an extention of that family.

I enjoy working with Dr. Everett because we both want the best care possible for our patients.  Working with Dr. Everett does not feel like work at all, it's fun!

I have 3 amazing children that keep me busy at all times, but I wouldn't want it any other way.  If i'm not enjoying one of my kids sporting events, you will most likely find me doing some kind of outdoor activity.

Lorna

Lorna

I began working at Airport Way Dental Care as an Assistant in 2001 when my family moved to the USA from Guam.

What I enjoy in the dental field is educating patients with the importance oral health and the surrounding structures and how it affects the overall health of an individual, and to make sure patients are happy and satisfied when they leave their dental appointment.

I like enjoy working with Dr. Donald Lee, he is very nice and  easy person to work with as well as the rest of the team, I consider  them  to be my extended family.

My husband Errol and I together with our 3 sons enjoy spending time with our friends going camping, hiking, crabbing, fishing and other outdoor activities.

As the Practice Manager, I have the pleasure in making sure everything in the practices run smoothly and that everyone is treated at the highest level of excellence.
